By engaging DAS Cleaning Co. for services, whether in part or in full, and whether by payment or other agreement, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Bookings are subject to availability and accurate information being provided. Payment is required 48 hours prior to the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services may be withheld or cancelled if payment is not received.
Cancellations must be notified by both email and text message.

48+ hours’ notice: Full refund minus 10% administration and processing fee

24–48 hours’ notice: 50% refund

Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund
Cleaning services are provided according to the agreed scope. Bond cleans are completed to professional standards, however bond return is not guaranteed, as this is determined by property managers or landlords. We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, normal wear and tear, restricted access, or unsafe conditions.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
