Refund Policy

DAS Cleaning Co. is committed to providing high‑quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. Where a valid issue is identified, we may offer a re‑clean or a partial/full refund, assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.

Refunds are not provided for issues outside the agreed service scope, pre‑existing damage or wear, access restrictions, unsafe conditions, or concerns reported outside the required timeframe. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to provide access may incur fees.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
